Sidea's 20th Anniversary: Subsidiary SIWIN Tech wins Shenzhen SRDI SME title; Launches L-12DM mass testing system.

In 2022

Sidea won the recognition of the third batch of national key "Little Giant" enterprises supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Sic has achieved global innovative technology in the field of testing, and launched the third generation compound semiconductor probe station of 9200 series.

In 2021

Sidea has been officially granted the National-Level 'Little Giant' Enterprise (SRDI) designation by Chinese authorities, recognizing its leadership in specialized and innovative manufacturing. Its wholly-owned subsidiary SIWIN has obtained the National High-Tech Enterprise (NHTE) Certification, validating its R&D capabilities. Concurrently, the company launched the SE-A7 Die Sorter, a precision semiconductor device for advanced wafer-level chip sorting applications.

In 2020

Sidea has been recognized as one of the 'Top 50 Innovative SMEs' by Longgang District, highlighting its technological advancement in the semiconductor sector. The company has also obtained the Guangdong Provincial Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) SME Certification, affirming its compliance with high-value manufacturing standards. Concurrently, it launched the AS-20 AOI Wafer Inspection System, designed for micron-level defect detection in advanced process nodes.

In 2019

Following its successful debut at SEMICON Shanghai 2023, the PT-930 12-inch Fully Automated Probe Station garnered widespread industry attention for its advanced wafer-level testing capabilities. In August of the same year, the system further secured the Second Prize in the Enterprise Category at the 2019 Maker China Shenzhen Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, underscoring its technological leadership in semiconductor testing solutions.

Sidea introduced Flip Chip Testing Machine L-11DM Series and Automation probing and testing stations Line CL-150.

In 2016

The R & D and upgrading project of LED chip automatic photoelectric detection complete equipment was supported by the key environment improvement of Shenzhen industrial chain. The domestic grain probe table replaced the imported one and entered the fast lane, and Silicon Power entered a new stage of high-quality development.

In 2013

"Research and Development of LED Uncut Wafer Automatic Test Probe Station" was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, which started the domestic alternative technology of grain probe station, and entered the field of 12-inch wafer test, and launched the 12-inch semi-automatic probe station PT-912S.

Sidea has launched a fully automatic integrated circuit chip and chip packaging device testing and sorting system, which has passed the acceptance of Shenzhen Science and Technology Plan Project.

In 2004

The research and development project of PT-301 semi-automatic probe station was supported by the Technological Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the six-inch wafer probe station was born in Sidea, opening up the road of industrial application of domestic probe stations.
